Inclusive leadership in a diverse world: Research Insights on Behaviors that Differentiate Leaders who Deal Effectively with Diversity and Inclusion..

Description

Leaders are expected to manage a highly diverse workforce and to foster an environment of inclusion in their teams. With a sample of over 5000 leaders from the United States, we explored the behaviors that characterize those who are effective at managing diversity and fostering inclusion, and differentiate them from less effective leaders in this area. With this understanding of diversity and inclusive leadership, we explore potential areas for growth in less effective leaders.
