Health and human service professionals are increasingly expected to use evidence to inform their work. Develop your understanding of ‘evidence-based’ and ‘evidence-informed’ practice and how these concepts can strengthen your work and your ability to communicate effectively with other professionals.  Learn about techniques that will help you make use of available information to help your practice become more evidence-informed.  Explore ways you can contribute to the expansion of evidence about DMT, making use of accessible assessment and evaluation tools.

By the end of the webinar, participants will:

  1. advance their understanding of the concepts of ‘evidence-based’ and ‘evidence-informed’ practice;
  2. improve their skills in searching for and utilizing evidence to inform their professional practice;
  3. enhance their capacity to create evidence by using appropriate assessment and evaluation tools in their practice.
