EGVC Monthly Series: Venture Debt Financings

This is a virtual event, accessible online and over the phone. Access instructions will be provided after registration.

The program will cover what “venture debt” is, typical deal terms and the key terms that are generally negotiated. We will also address legal and practical issues faced by borrowers and investors (as guarantors and subordinated creditors), and will discuss the most efficient and effective ways to staff and manage borrower-side venture lending transactions working with members of the Venture Lending team.
